My score is 415 and my job bank registration got confirmed just today but before the draw time mentioned in Ministerial Instructions (May 17, 2017, at 13:17:03 UTC). I also did not get ITA email or any change in My CIC account. Is it normal to take hours for the status to be changed in CIC account?

Hey buddy, if you created your profile and did the job bank registration more than 24 hours before the draw, you should be okay. Can you share the screenshot of your CIC account?
