Indicate your Unique Client Identifier number (UCI) or Client Identification number (Client ID), if known (8-digit number). Otherwise, leave it blank. If this is your first application with CIC you will not have a UCI or a Client ID.


Read below link when you are going to file the application. It will help you to understand jargon of CIC and how to complete your package.

If you have a UCI number, you should write it, but I dont know what will be if you leave it blank.

Currently, there is a cap of 150 on Nova Scotia’s nominee program, which is a stream by which immigrants can apply for a permanent resident visa to Canada. Fares will try to convince Ottawa to increase that cap.

I don't understand very well when it says " Fares will try to convince Ottawa to increase that cap". Why fares have to ask to Ottawa?? Ottawa is a province, isn't it???

Ottawa is the Capital of Canada. And Government of Canada is located there.

But it is just an assumption, and not more...

Federal has the rights to increase or allocate cap limit based on provinces and FSW category including CEC.

So, he decided to send an email to Government of Nova Scotia to let their know about the RLMD's complaints. They replied his message and I want to share with you all what they said:

So, he decided to send an email to Government of Nova Scotia to let their know about the RLMD's complaints. They replied his message and I want to share with you all what they said:

From my side, I thanks very much to your friend's effort ! I am thinking to find a way also to have a communication with NSOI , they must pay for their irresponsible process , unserious and not professional job did .

Why the hell they accepted applications till April 28?
Why incomplete files processed?
Originally told that unprocessed application will be in queue and now told that will be returned?
