Yes,the forms will be ready by 28th of February 2014 but the submission starts 6th of March 2014.

What if If someone has already applied for another Province..

1. If Applies then will the previous Application will be cancelled.
2. If not then please share the settlement plan details.

I am planning to apply NSNP, please clarify my doubts.

As per the NOC list, my job duties falls under 2173 - Software Engineers and Designers, but the job title(Designation) mentioned was not matched. eg my designation is earlier System Analyst and now Technical Lead.
My designation exactly matches to the NOC 2171 - Information Systems Analysts and Consultants but job duties didn't match.

Please let me know whether I can apply under 2173 or 2171.

I am also planning to apply for the NS pnp. I am going to aplly under the Manager in Health Care. I am actually chief of pharmacy and I read in the NOC list of pharmacist that chief of pharmacy can be classified in the manager health care code. Am I right ?
Also has anyone ready the employement and settlement plan? I read the guide about this, but looked difficulte. Do we have to find job ads in nova scotia realted to our position?

Here we have to send our application through post . i am confuse with the sending date . can we send our application before 6th means ? if i courier before 6th what will hapen ?

It is given that applications sent before 6th March will be processed on or after 6th March. So, yes, you are free to send the application before 6th March.
