can anybody help............ last year i applied to sinp. but they return my file without processing and i mention my 4 yeqrs experience as an engineer in sinp. but now i think that my duties are not match up with engineer. so can i change my noc for last 4 years for mpnp.

is their any effect of my previous application on this application. I dont know nova scotia office saved my application data in the data bank like my previous experience etc. one more thing it was not online application......it was send by me to NSOI office as paper document.

I want to apply in General stream in January 2015 and I want to know about the changes in the rules of MPNP. Anyone know about the changes, which can be introduced in next session in 2015?
