I am a new in this thread. I found Nova Scotia nominee program (without job offer) will re open from 1st January 2015 and I am planning to apply. I am a civil engineer. Could any body tell me CIVIL ENGINEER was on regional labour market demand or not during application period from 6th March, 2014- 28 April 2014?

Will there be a chance to include civil engineer in regional labour market demand, application commence from 1st January 2015?

For the next year NOCs, nobody can tell you. You need to wait for new list published by NSOI.

Yes, that NOC was in the list.
But I don't know if it will be next year.

Currently there is no other program without job offer. Only Federal Skilled Worker Program.

There were programs in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, you can findout about it on their official web-sites.

Regarding to the last 3 digits of the Nomination code I have made such suggestion to Admins some time ago, they did it, but most of the nominees did not wish to share such information, and Admins removed that column. Even now many nominees avoid to share that information thinking that it is confidential

Initially I had submitted by secondary school pass certificate as DOB proof, but last week they emailed and asked me to submit actual BC via email.. After submission of correct BC, I received pre screening mail within a couple of days.

You have to send your educational credential to WES for Educational Credentials Assessment (ECA). It simply means they have reservation about your educational institution as well as your educational qualifications.

You have to do this as soon as possible so as not to lose this chance.

Congrats on the FN, you do have a bit more work to do. By now you've probably reviewed the link the WES (they're a body that certify foreign credentials in Canada). Let us know if you have more questions after you've reviewed the link in the email / message sent to you.

Also, go to page 361 - under sbsssmile username . there is a link to enter your details in the spreadsheet so you can follow the progress of others around your time frame
