But first thing is to be considered for the applicants who are deserving nomination according to the demand list and as per the noc.

To some extend it should be like the way you have said, I would be glad if they do it like that.
But the point we need to understand is , they have clearly mentioned in their revised RLMD guidelines released on April 2nd.2014 states 'we will assess the application according the criteria in place at that time'.

Nothing we could do about it, Just have faith in almighty & leave the rest to destiny!!!

Mine also reached 1st April , but no reply till now , from the nominated applications they are still processing in March's applications , don't worry ...

From my interpretation of the above, there is every likelihood that some forms may never be opened. i am not being pessimistic here - just reading in-between the lines.

Nobody is getting file no. here since many days . What is the matter ? Have they stopped processing of applications ? I have not got any response from nsnp . My file reached in nsnp office on 18th of March 2014 . But no reply till now . How can we think that nsnp will give nominations by summer when they are not issuing file nos. If somebody got file no. recently please post here details . Thanks.

..darshmodi...will take an average of 50 applicant per day received by NSOI...
your application received on the 21st March say 16 days after the opening...maybe around 800 applications already received at that time....

Or is this figure firm and restricted by CIC?

Where is the good news that would be forthcoming very soon as stated by the Minister in a forum article I read recently?

I guess i am really hoping for a miracle. ;D
