The chances are bright for the applicants who have submitted documents correctly say in the month of March as per the NS check list with good references, IELTS scores, settlement plans and if they are from an In Demand NOC then they have a bright chance of getting acknowledgements from NS.

from the tracking sheet, I show document was received 3/6/2014 and prescreen email 4/18/2014. Nomination just 2 weeks after preseceen email it makes sense cos they know people will go for FSW if the nomination doesn start. I remember someone rebuking a forumer that suggested nominations had started last week. Well... as i've said, 9/10 there is value in rumours when it come to programs like this.

Greetings everyone, i think the number of nominated people will be more than 150 applicants only!!
Secondly they will go through all of the applications even those recieved in April 28 even!!!
Last,the more complete,money,old & with dependant(Children) and more bright application will be for assessment ?

I think you are right. There are several other non-written or hidden criteria such as applicant's country of origin, age, spouse' qualification and experience et cetera.
