My Appl was received by A.Parker at 11:49am halifax time Today.

It sounds to me that applicants here do not really want to move to NS, just want to go to Canada, using NS as a stepping stone ... ?! If don't really want to move to NS, why waste the quota for those who really really wants to stay in NS permantely??

Why NS starts this program? Coz local skill labours move to other provinces for higher pay... this is why they need more skill labours

I think they will continue to accept applications even after 1st April. SO why people just rush that it has to reach before 31st. The list is almost similar to earlier one. Any Idea y this recent update for even earlier the applications were to be assessed as per Occupations in demand and so would be the case after 1st April what has changed and by recent update they made it clear they would be accepting applications after 1st April too. Correct me If I am wrong Forum People...

Unfourtunatelly it is high second after winnepeg , The city is small Nova scotia is small for this high rate !!.. Also We compare it with Canada province not with Our Bad countries ... :

Where did you get this information from? I believe that they will invite some people for exploratory visit, I think it will happen only if NSIO needs to make sure that those people could be settle and find a job in NS.

Why You are Worried ?! : NS will not stop receiving the applications , They don't announce or update any news ?!! any thousands now reach the Office of Immigration , They are really in Flood from All over the third world and even from First world , If you see the Google Doc. A lot of people come from Newyork and London ?!
The question that no body can answer it : WHAT IS THE PARAMETERS AND CONSIDERATIONS WILL BE TAKEN TO SEGREGATE ALL THESE APPLICATIONS AND NOMINEE PEOPLE !!!??????
.. All our applications are complete because we are waiting from 2013 FSW ?!! :'(

We are approximately in the same boat, I sent my file on Wednesday and it is now on trip from Ontario to NS as per DHL tracking website. I am sure that NSIO is closed Saturday and Sunday, so I believe that my file will be stayed in DHL NS until next Monday 31/3.
NB: If you open the tracking sheet, you will notice that no application received in Saturdays or Sundays 8, 9, 15, 16, 22 and 23 March and so on there is no application will delivered in 29 and 30 March.

It happened to many people, who submitted in delay for FSW.
The reason for return is 'NOC 2132 CAP was reached' and we are unable to take your application for processing.. They didn't take any money, all documents came back in same condition as I sent. Just they generated UCI number and given back. I don't know whether they scanned all my documents or not.

But they created a data for my application. Canada is genuine, Applicants are not wasting money unnecessary, Canada is not money oriented I think.. But Australia will first charge your money then only other process will happen, before EOI... Now Australia is taking lot of money from our pocket and cheating people/for some giving visa..

Yup, you are correct. I have a bad experience with New Zealand in 2012, where wasted 500$ and nothing they returned.

Yes I completely agree with you , Some people .. But who ? the people always in Canada or USA Or they have relatives in Nova Scotia ? , No the people that never visit CANADA , I ASSUME that this may be it will better way for NS immigration office to know the Real intentions to Nova Scotia , Also they mention in the Frequently asked questions : and show a sincere intention to live in Nova Scotia.
