Yes I have linked my application the same way. But I actually filled it with proper place of birth but it worked.

Thats awesome man....congrats, u shd receive it by wed. Mine shows that error occurred at EAST YORK which is literally not more than 20 kms from DOWNTOWN. Dont know what they have been doing without fixing it from 7th NOV...Really annoys me.
