I uploaded the PFL on March 14 and Pre-arrival around Apr 4; and then DM Apr 10. One week after get "Approved".

GCKey changed to "Approved", finally! And BGC is already "completed" without realizing that it is even started (haven't checked GCKey for 3-4 days).

It would be more convincing if you include the resignation letter, in addition to what you have mentioned. For my case, I also included my Employer's acknowledgement letter regarding my resignation.

Changed to DM today in ECAS. But BGC still not yet started in GCKey. Is that normal for this situation? Well, hope not another long wait and hope good news is near. BTW, how long to get the COPR if the DM is positive? Thanks.

Congratulation! I also had the PFL submitted about 2 weeks ago (Also thanks to Almostmove for his advice). Now waiting the reply. May I ask how long do you receive the pre-arrival after submitting the PFL?

June applicant, PCC submitted, received the "Great News! Your application for Permanent Residence has arrived in Hong Kong" in mid-Aug, and no update until now. BGC still not start.
