We tried several times updating through the webform, which is the only way since he's being processed in Mississauga. They never changed his address - it's still wrong on the PPR letter. Hopefully it won't cause a problem now.

Well, I found out this week that our application has been sent back to Mississauga, when I tried to contact our VO (Ottawa) to update my husband's address. I really really hope this means someone is actually going to process it there. :confused:

I have another question for you guys. If my husband comes to visit me in Canada for an extended time while we're waiting for DM/PPR, should he update his address to my Canadian address, even though he is an outland applicant? We wouldn't have another US address to change it to.

This doesn't seem accurate. I am my husband's representative, and when I asked the call centre if he would still be able to call and ask about his own application, the agent said, "Of course! It's his file!"

My husband said they told him regular passport photos are fine, so I think he is just going to get 4 copies of the same photo. Let me know if they tell you you need four different ones!
