I already sent my passport to New delhi some 8 months before. Since then Delhi is sleeping excepting once when they replied asking me to wait and saying there is nothing on my part to do anything. If I need passport, which I am realy in need of that what can I do? Can anybody reply me?

But I still advise you to be full time student, and I think your country's any school can write about you, I believe

You have to show that you are fully dependent on your mother's income even after age of 22 or you should be full time student. Perhapy if your country's govt. writes you are not employed anywhere, you are still considered dependent. I have seen it somewhere, so please gp to related website.

Dear PMM, I was searching you. My case is pending in Delhi since last August. They started to process our application for PR from August 9. They asked for passports in sept which I submitted. Since then it is in process. We are sponsored by my wife which was approved by Missassa... in July 24...

This looks very simple. You, boyfriend and daughter go to Canada. Of course, your boy friend need to apply for visitors visa. After you reach canada they your boyfriend applies for PR. Or straightway you apply for his PR sponsoring from USA itself and wait for some time.
