Congrats everyone! I have a question. I applied for nl pnp and I got a nomination that is paper based. However, I just got ITA and in one of the questions they ask if I have any provisional nomination which I do, however can't use for express entry. Whats the best way to answer this? Thanks!

There's definitely a bug in the system. My number changed from 444 to 474 because of the Canadian education on Sunday after I added extra information. However, I checked this morning and it went down to 421 and losing the CEC requirements. I tried updating my information again but it's not...

Just heard it too. He said "an announcement" regarding awarding extra points for intl students will be "in the coming weeks". Hopefully this means announcement = immediate implementation but who knows, hey? "Coming weeks" also seems vague still... like "this fall".
