Buddy, transcripts are just your individual semester marksheets stamped and attested by your exam cell/principal/VP/Dean and then SEALED in an envelope, addressed to WES. Make sure you don't open the envelope.

Finally got my ITA! Considering the bureaucracy in India, getting things done in 60 days' time will prove to be one hell of a ride! :D

Thanks, man. I sent all my documents today to WES. I just wrote my WES Ref No on my degree copy in Pencil, put it along with my sealed transcripts in an unsealed envelope and then put that in a large sealed envelope and sent it away. Fingers crossed, now!
