That's what I'm wondering as well but some people tell me I still need to get a reference letter for that first occupation. The first occupation doesn't even relate to my NOC.

So it doesn't matter that I mentioned the occupation in my ITA? In my PR application I can just delete that occupation from my work experience history list and move it to my personal history?
