Why some cases are forwarded to Ottawa some to other visa office? What's the difference? I received SA letter on July 4, saying that the file has been transferred to Hong Kong visa office. I don't know exactly why.

Thanks! I guess I will check with the bank later... I am not worried because I used certified cheque in the end. In order to get Certified Cheque, we would bring our own personal cheques to the bank and then bank would certify it. It looks different from Bank Draft.
