It is pretty clear that both Schedule A forms are identical in content (if you check field by field). The slight difference is in format ONLY. That's why they have the same date-stamp (12-2012). Both are valid.

Does it mean that CIC has received 5,000 complete packages by Jan 16?. So if my application got in Monday, Jan 15th does this mean I'm in? Do they calculate (and register )application packages received every day. E.g. Jan 2nd - received 1,000 appications - reflected in the system, Jan 3rd -...

Rossei thanks for your answer but it's not going to work since printout shows only TOTAL income for 2012 so I don't know what I got exactly from CompanyA and CompanyB...so I mean I don't have separate amounts.
