No I meant. FSW-EE program. I was thinking like I have a pending FSW EE App under my name. While my spouse will try the PNP.

Technically they've checked your criminality and security portions, as reference to your previous post. I believe your application will be re-evaluated again. I got refusal last year, it is well noted about refusal. Yours have none of the negative indications I know.

I submitted a CSE last week but I got an auto response. You may want to try it again just to be sure. CIC recommends not to send multiple enquiries. However, i believe that it's hard to wait without even an auto response. We might not know if their system missed your email. Just my two cents
