I submitted a CSE over a month ago but have received nothing from CIC confirming receipt of enquiry. Does this mean they have not received it?

I didn't received any response for my CSE regarding with technical difficulties to attach files. It is 1 month and 18 days now. but for technical difficulties, they response 10 business days normally.

If you sent CSE, you should receive automated reply.

No auto response, but i am quite sure it was submitted

I submitted a CSE last week but I got an auto response.

You may want to try it again just to be sure.

CIC recommends not to send multiple enquiries. However, i believe that it's hard to wait without even an auto response. We might not know if their system missed your email.

CIC can take up to 10 business days minimum to respond to an inquiry. Some more complex inquiries can take longer.
