    i guess all applicant that using representative cant link the application online mine as well.SINP I wont be able to link my PNP PR application to cic account. I don't have representative. Can anyone having same problem or help me.

    I believe whenever CIC update your file and require any action they use to send "You have a new message in your MyCIC account for application". It its only upated your file mean they have done some work on your file.
