Don't wait for the new cards , just send the expired cards copies to the CIC with your citizenship application. You do not have to send the new cards again after you receive them , CIC just need the old cards copies. Cheers

My time frame same as you , I applied in 2011 and had the test in Calgary Oct 28, 2014 they told me the oath would be from one to three months max!

I called the call centre last week and they told me the same " non routine application could take 56 months" so what I should do ? why I should fight to get my rights in this country!!!!

Yes got RQ in 2012 and since then zero news , the call centre always use their imagination to give me any answer!!

HI I applied in Calgary on Dec 2011 , RQ 2012 , and since then nothing, Call centre always use their imagination to give me a different answer every time , they are treating us in a very bad way as we have no right to ask. I got depression for that unfair situation!!!
