I see, so it appears that US applicants get faster DMs after the batch email than anyone else who isn't. Haven't seen anyone else from the may batch who got DMs after the batch email who isn't a US applicant. What do you think?

Yeah, I think you are right, now that I think about it, it probably doesn't make sense to have 2 letter, so in the 1 letter addressed to visa officer, I will include both of our details and provide her supporting documents too, her passport and such. Great, thank you for discussing this with me.
