Based on my experience it will take you maybe 10 months or more...and the fact that you have submitted your citizenship application will not delay your process. Make sure you pay landing fee in the beginning of your process (in my opinion), as it will delay your process later and Good Luck.

@Haj Mehdi The reason they are asking you to redo your medical is because you have done yours in Sept 2011 - that means it is passed 15 months time limit already and so they cant automatically extend your medical - they can only do so within the first 15 months of initial medical date - So...
