to all friends here, file transferred to visa office refers to the office u indicated in ur pr application those who have indicated buffalo - files are being transferred to ottawa let me know if any questions

universities cut of is 7.5 - no way u can get at 5.5 0r 6 - even at 6.5 community colleges 1 or 2 may give u seat - but visa is a risk pl google for colleges - i am not sure

Dear Friend, all colleges in Canada has minimum 6.5 overall no band less than 6.5. there may be 1 or 2 colleges which may accept but I cant say anything on visa.. my best advise is to do IELTS again
