Question regarding Post Graduation Work Permit

Hello Seniors

I have completed 2 year study from a Canadian College and Just got my Post Graduation Work Permit . but i got the post graduation work permit for just 2 years which is up to the expiry date of my passport.

cic gave a remark that "renew your passport for further extension".

my question is

Is it possible to extend my Post Graduation Work Permit after i renew my passport? :'(

CIC has clearly noted renew ur passport so approach ur embassy and renew it and call CIC for extension of wp
