I was not a resident of Canada in 2011.. i was on visitor record.. so, i filed things for 2011 as a visitor. but then, Revenue QC decided that I should pay 100$+interests+late fee for health contribution during 2011? and I only became a resident in Nov 2012, got my health card in Dec 2012...

i did one page and a half... but i didn't really write a lot.. i was just inserting pictures... add descriptions to the pictures... so, it's kinda like a story for kids.. you have words connecting the dots together... and pictures....

I called just now.. they said my card was shipped on 24th. so, yours prob is on the way too..

you can get RAMQ when you get your AIP..(you should receive 2 letters, one address to you, one addressed to your husband.) if you applied your work permit with your pr application, then in theory, you should already got it. So, go to RAMQ and try get your sun card.

I didn't call them. I realized that it doesn't change much..they can't do anything anyway.. for my experiences before, if they don't wanna dig deeper to your case, they just give you a formatted reply, which is.....yes yes, there are 8 more months to wait..
