Congrats Sandeep !! That was quick, for Golnaz it took approximately 22 working days which is 4 weeks in total.... Has anyone else that you know of received passports from Ottawa in 2 weeks ? I always thought 4 weeks wait is just tooooo long :)

Since it takes approximately 4 weeks for passports to be returned from Ottawa, do you book an appointment with the local CIC office for Landing in Advance(as it may take another 1-4 weeks to get an appointment) ? By the way Golnaz you should be receiving your passport anytime now...I wonder why...

Golnaz, When you send your Passports through Xpresspost, how long did it take for the tracking number to show that it has left the place your dropped off at? In case of FedEx the status changes the same night, but I guess Xpresspost tracking is pretty slow ? What was your exp?

So what happens after your Passport is returned ? What are the steps after that ? Do you go ahead for the Landing and if we are already in Canada, then do we need to get a US visa to do the landing ??
