visa na yan siguro, kasi ganyan din yung status ng mom ko..the only difference was that, i already knew that a visa will be issued na, because i received an email first, before the ecas changed its status...

hello hart072305, yes, they would send correspondence through your mom's email...what i did was linked my mom's email to my mobile phone, so should there be any correspondence, i am able to get it right away...very useful, especially on time-sensitive issues like med requests and PPR...

if no issues with medical results po and no further documentation required, then yung decision na lang po ang hihintayin niyo...if you provided an email address, they will email the result, which is very advantageous, especially that our postal service seems to have had delays in delivering...

Yes, it is now being processed in Ottawa, if that's where your file was transferred. Should they need local info, then they will have to forward your file to the visa office in Manila. From what I observed, if both parents are being sponsored, files are transferred to Manila but if for only one...
