I think you need proof of funds and PCC for your wife because you have got AOR already. It will increase the processing time for sure because you have to provide additional documents.

You do not require IMM1017 anymore. that was an old system.

you should have received the "emedical" receipt. this shows CIC you have completed the exam and will provide information about the electronic file the doctor submitted. CIC doesn't use the old medical forms, everything is electronic. make sure your receipt is in your package, and keep a copy...
