    My simplest answer would be, if they are requesting a medical. Just go ahead and get a new medical done. Make sure on the form they will send directly to the embassy. Good luck.

    It is possible they want to confirm something in your medical, maybe a hint of something they want clarification on. Sometimes on first medical results are not always clear. Probably nothing really to worry about, just one of those things we have to do to keep the process moving forward.
