hi amro. my status in ecas still in process. no medical line added upto now. i got it from the email. it was the same email address of the visa officer who sent an email 3 months ago asking me to provide updated pics for my son... inshallah u will receive urs soon...

yes it applies here in the uae... so the guys sorting/putting the letters on your mailbox must not be working as fast as they were... shortened work hours for them means less letters sorted/deliverd right :)

i forgot to say wenstumped... its ramadan! maybe the delay is due to the shortened working hours here in the country... and of course they might not be working as hard/efficient as they used to due to fasting.. ;)

to captain qorax and the senior members: yesterday, i got email from london vo to submit new pics of my son for medical. i sent those today via dhl... when can i expect to receive news abt our medical? does medical request means that univ. docs, employment etc background checking are done...

i feel the same... i was so anxious and i coudnt wait for next week as i was expecting the med request too.... but in a way its a good thing... at least we know that med request is soon to come.... anyways, i'll just have to wait and see how the events unfold... hope ull get ur letter soon :)...
