I'm CAN+ with a valid 10-year US visa. I applied on January 10 and I'm still waiting!

I'm in the same boat. On Tracker: Eligibility is "completed" (Jan 17, 2024) On IRCC Portal: Eligibility "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

In my case 3 days. (weekend days included) I gave my biometrics on January 11 IRCC update it on January 14

A US visa has nothing to do with approval or refusal. I've witnessed people with valid US, UK, and Schengen visas get refused. CAN+ is about expedited processing time.

I suggest you submit your parents visa applications. If IRCC wants proof of funds, they will ask you later for additional documents.

It depends on the update that happened to your application.

Just a valid US visa, doesn't require travel history to the US.
