Visitor visa for my parents (no proof of founds required ?)

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to request a visitor visa for my parents for a second time, since the first one was refused because lack of evidence to demonstrate they were going to leave Canada.

The problem is that when trying to upload the documents there is not a field to upload the Proof of founds (same as the first time), seems to be not required in this case. what I should do to upload the proof of founds?

Note: I can only see the Proof of founds field when I select "No" in the field US Nonimmigrant visa, the problem is that they have US visa.

I suggest you submit your parents visa applications.
If IRCC wants proof of funds, they will ask you later for additional documents.
