for your information, I'm aug applicant, and just received letter from IRCC on concern of sponsor's intention to move back to Canada, i have to prepare all additional evidence and upload in online system, however, online system allows you to upload 1 file only with file size limit 4M, it's pretty horrible, I spent lot of time to reduce documents size, some doc doesn't have clear image. hope this helps you all

Hi all HKVO applicants. I believe most of you have gone through this PFL from HKVO as I have been reviewing this thread. It seems very common to ask for one here. Ok, I got this letter today and I am a Aug Applicant, the PFL is asking for details of the sponsor intention to move back with the me since we are both working in HK. May I know what did you provide to the officer and did you attach any emails with the doc? What I am thinking is, providing them all the communications with real estate agent, kid's school, tax accountant/lawyer (for tax purposes once we move back), Canadian bank account, travel details back to Vancouver last year (twice), relocating/moving company and job search etc..... would these be good evidence to prove that my intent to move back. TIA
Seems there are two areas to address, one is what sponsor is severing his/her ties to his/her current place of normal residence, e.g. sold hk property, accounts termination, residence phone line termination, credit card termination, order air tickets, shipping belonging order

2nd one is re-establishing his/her permanent residency in canada, e.g. bank account setup, driver license, welcome and supporting emails from your friends there, kids school email to school board, job search, any enquire emails to company/agent would help I believe, confirmed e-tickets

Dear All,

I have got a new message on 11.04.2018 in my GC Key online system for re-medical exam. My VO is HK. My previous medical has already expired. I am a PNP (Manitoba) applicant. Now I have little problem regarding the passport validity of my spouse and kids. Their passport validity will expire by January, 2019. That means they may not have 6 month minimum validity period when HKVO will ask for passport submission. Another issue is that, is there any problem if they go for medical exam with current passport and validity period, which will be re-issued/extended later. In that case, the new passport number and validity period will be different from the old one. Can anybody suggest me considering my spouse and kids passport condition.

Your valuable advice/suggestion is highly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Eusufzai

Your spouse and kids are using HKSAR or Canadian passport? I believe you need to renew the passports anyway, why don't you submit web form to confirm with IRCC HK? you probably need to renew passports and submit new passports info. to IRCC HK.
