My previous application got denied...Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
My sister who is in canada was to be my guardian and the one who will be paying for my school fees. I dont know why my application was denied because she has more that the minimum amount on her proof of financial support.

I have a B.Sc in Botany (YEAR 2001), M.Sc in Environmental Biology( year 2004). I have been self employed in Retail/wholesale business from 2005-2014, and then opened my own registered enterprise in Events and Supply in 2015 till date. I would like to do a masters in business management or business entrepreneurship and technology in Canada.
What are my chances of getting a study Visa?
Any advice on other courses that would fit my profile and ease of acquiring visa would be welcome.

Hi, I would advice to apply only with your B.SC. dont include your M.Sc, too much information sometimes is not a good thing, make sure all the information you are providing is focused on the experience you have in Business and entrepreneurship. Ensure that you show evidence of wanting to improve your skills and gain insight into international trade or something like that- don't sell anything ( property or owned goods) because that may insinuate that you may not come back after your study, instead show that you are expanding your business.

In my previous refused study permit, my father's name was misspelled due to typo errors, now, I am reapplying again, can i use the LOE to explain and state the correct spelling, or I should add a sworn affidavit to prove the correct spelling?

I submitted my application on the 16th august got a mail it has been sent to visa office same day, didn't hear from them up until 10th October via mail saying they have despatched my processed passport from Canada visa office. On the 11th October I received another mail stating my passport has been couriered from Canada visa application centre vide courier partner, I get another mail same day that Canada visa office request additional details about my application submitted to the Canada visa application center.
I haven't done my medicals yet, plz who can explain this. Thanks

applied may 17,no update not even biometrics although did one during my first app in January..
