Hi guys
I submitted my application on 15 june and few days back i got a request via email to link my application online and upload schedule A and police clearance along with passport photos. After a lot of attempts I could link my application to my account. But it's been 3 to 4 days and I do not see the option to upload documents in the application. The application says "There are no required documents for this Online Application", whereas it has been requested via email.
Please advise how do I upload the documents ?

After clicking on view submitted application the page opens stating supporting documents and optional documents ....and neither of them show me an option to upload anything
The optional documents section says there

Ohh...but in my case there was upload option on the right side of each column

Application Received: 8th June 2017 (Mississauga)
UCI - Link Account (Schedule A & Police clearance request): 7th July 2017
Schedule A & Police clearance submitted: 14th July 2017
Sponsor Approval: 25th July 2017
Application forwarded to visa office: 27th July 2017
Visa Office application receipt: 2nd August 2017

We haven't received any requests for Medical examination. Will this be emailed or this request will be in the online account? Also how long does it take for this request to come in, i noticed on some profiles medical requests are same time as Schedule A. thanks

Yes... After 2-3 Months... March applicants just have started getting their BCGs in process...!!!

Hi,

People who have already submitted Schedule A. I have a question. Do we need to fill the UCI(sponser UCI) and application number (PA application number) based on the AOR1?

Yes... That's why we don't submit schedule A upfront because we have to wait for AOR 1 to fill UCI and Application Number..!!!

My GCKEY "Background Check" line changed to "Not Applicable" from "Your Application is in Progress. We will send you a message once we start your background check."

Any idea what this means? Anyone else experience the same change? Thanks

Yes... It's part of the process.. It goes to Not Applicable and then after 2-3 months, when BCG starts, it will go back to processing...!!

how did you find out that the application was forwarded to visa office? Through an e-mail or was it updated on GCKey/Ecas?

How long does background check start after the line was added we started processing your application?

each application is different. some start immediately, some start 2-3 months after VO receives the application and starts processing. be patient
