Submitted mine on the 18th and pending till now, though raised a web form several times since tuesday, and just got an answer from them today around 5:30pm toronto time. They said it was an on-going issue and they’re trying to resolve it asap.

Submitted on 16th feb 6 pm toronto time
Retransmitted on 17th feb
Pool entry confirmation received 25 feb 7.40 pm

You can click on View Details inside your application --> Click on any of the update form --> submit.

If you are not seeing your CRS then retransmit it
But if you are seeing your CRS then wait for 9 days after submitting your profile to get into the pool.

thanks for that , but do you know how to do that in the actual profile? Do I need to withdraw or there’s an option there to retransmit - thank you for your answer
