WRONG INFORMATION PLS HELP. Application Number instead Document Number

I've just applied for a Post-Graduate Work Permit, and in the IMM5710e document on page 3 of 6, it asks me to put the document number from my Study Permit, but I put the number on top of my UCI instead, which is the Application Number.

Should I message them about it? At the same time, they have a picture of my study permit, so I wonder if that would still be necessary or not.

Because they have all of the numbers anyways and shouldn't make a difference to processing.

I missed to enter my document number under 'Coming into Canada' section but I have mentioned the UCI in the very first field. Is it ok?
