I submitted a coop work permit application with the wrong document number. Can I change it?

I'm a student in Canada, my course includes a mandatory internship. I submitted the coop work permit application a few days ago, but today I realized that on the second page it asked for the Document Number of my study permit. Instead of giving them the Document Number, I gave them the number located above the UCI on my study permit (The Document Number and the number I submitted both have a letter followed by 9 digits, so I mixed them up)

Is it necessary to change the number? If yes, how can I change it now that the application is submitted?
