Document number

I have applied for my post graduate work permit last week and I got my biometric instruction letter, application number and UCI. But now I realize that I have made a mistake while filling the application form because instead of providing document number I entered my study permit application number starting with S. How can resolve this issue . Can I update through web form. Is it a big issue.
