Wrong employer email

Has anyone ordered GCMS notes and noticed that the email address for the employer is incorrect?
Could this be why so many have gotten a reply saying that IRCC was unable to contact them?
Has anyone ever had to correct this? How long did it take before IRCC responded? It's going on two weeks now.

You need to submit through webform and it takes a couple of weeks to update the employer address.

Submit a webform and after 2 weeks, call IRCC and confirm with the Call Center Representative.
