Hey guys, quick question. My sister is emailing CIC for written authorization to travel, as my extended family member. CIC has said that we shouldn't book travel, however they require us to prove in the email that she is visiting for more than 15 days. How I can prove this without booking travel?

I assume you mean Oct 20. and not Nov 20.

Yes, that's normal. It can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to get a response.
