would scotiabank (or any bank)support employee's PNP applicatoin?

I heard none of the banks will sign any form for PNP application, is that true?
I'm considering a position(not in a branch) at scotiabank but I will need AINP support under post graduation stream, would what even be possible? It is a wholly owned subsidiary of scotiabank but I believe they share the HR deparment.
