I'm currently working in Europe as a truckdriver on working visa, although I used to work in Ukraine as a lawer which is my main profession.

Does this fact decrease my chances of getting TRV.
Thank you for response.

It depends. You need a profile that shows funds, long-term employment, ties to home country, travel history, reasons to travel etc. Not living in your home country can be an issue but if you can present all other factors then you have a chance. You need to show that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit. You want to include an employment letter that states that your job is long-term and you have leave for your job to visit Canada.
