Chances of getting work visa

Hi,
i recently got married & my wife is on work visa for 3 year & currently working in Canada so how much chances of getting work visa to me as i m also having exp. of 6 yrs in telecom sector in India & what may be the reason for rejection

Clarify what exact type of work permit ? If a PGWP she would need to be in a job classified as NOC 0,A or B http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/students/post-grad.asp
