Sure - you can certainly do that provided the company is OK with you working from outside of Canada.
Though there might be tax consequences depending on the country you work from
hi, i thought you could only work for a canada based company if you are waiting for the pgwp while you’re in the country. Are you sure you can work even if you’re outside? How long is your SIN valid for?
The company is okay. And I can handle for tax consequences, if any. My SIN number expired with my study permit back in September 2020. And I haven't updated/extended it yet. Can I go back to Canada, after receiving my PGWP and then update/ extend/ renew my SIN?
