Working 20hrs/week while doing a Full-time Co-op

Hey guys,

I'll be doing a Co-op this summer from May-Aug 2022. This will be a full-time position from Mon-Thursday. I wanted to get some clarification on whether I can continue doing my part time job of 20hrs/week while doing my Co-op?

My 20hrs/week job is under my study permit and my co-op will be under my co-op work permit.

I can share mine. I submitted mine in the first week of Dec'21 and received it today.

Hi,
First of congrats on the co-op. Secondly, I have an upcoming work practicum as well. My institution has an IRCC-approved lawyer who guides students on these questions. I remember asking her this question some time ago. She told me that part-time job is different from a work practicum. However, don't take my word on it and if you have access to a lawyer at your school then do reach out.
