My current situation is I’m stuck in India due to COVID but was a resident of Canada for 5 years before coming to India, I have my closed work permit letter valid until Aug’2021 and TRV stamping until Aug’2021. I also received my COPR letters (CEC) recent and valid until next year
So if I quit my current employer and then can I still travel back to Canada with my TRV validity next month with the TRV (worker) stamping and COPR letters, will I be allowed to re-enter Canada using my TRV stamp? or I have to get my passport stamped again with my COPR letters?
Does my employer cancel my work permit immediately after I leave the job?
Please help me out, thanks!
