Guys... Will this impact?

I have applied for my WP with LMO, but I could not furnish reference letters with roles and responsibilities from my old employers. There are some constraints. So I submitted only experience letters which do not mention my job roles and responsibilities. I am concerned if this will impact in any way. However, I submitted my earlier Canadian WP which was for the same kind of job but different company.

You will need to explain in a letter that your employers police is to issue experience letters without mentioning the job responsibilities, descriptions or roles and that it is out of your hands.

What was your title in those reference letters?
