Work permit, PR is under processing-parents visitor visa

Hello,

I am on work permit till 2027 and also my PR is under processing (am at P1 stage now). I had our baby in last October and went to India in January.

Now I want to file visitor visa for my parents, what are the chances of approval? Thank you

If you just visited India in January, what’s the need for the parents to visit now ?

You have to show strong ties they’ll leave.
And they won’t be performing any illegal work taking care of any infant
The father is the primary care giver

Depends on how strong their profile is.
